Fundraising Officer (Trusts & Foundations):
We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Officer to join our fundraising & communications team. This role is 35 hours per week / c.£ 26,936-28,617.68 (pending pay award for 2025) / Permanent / Based onsite at our central Brighton office. Hybrid – four days from our office in Brighton and one day working from home, working Monday to Friday (hours to be discussed at interview).
Our mission is to provide young people who are homeless in Brighton and Hove with a safe and supportive space to shape their future. You will be part of the team making this possible through applying for and stewarding Trusts and Foundations grant applications.

Support Coordinator:
We are seeking an experienced Support Coordinator to join our front-line team, providing one-to-one support for the young people experiencing homelessness accessing our day centre. This role is 35 hours per week / £ 25,900-27,517 pa / Permanent / Based onsite at our central Brighton office. Hybrid – four days from our office in Brighton and one day working from home, working Monday to Friday.
This role’s primary function is to directly support young people experiencing homelessness, ensure the smooth running of our drop in, and support the Duty Coordinators and Centre Manager in their roles.

Duty Coordinator:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Duty Coordinator to join our front-line team and be part of a small team of staff and volunteers responsible for the day to day running of our drop in. Your working days would be Monday 9:00am-4:30pm, Tuesday 9:00am-4:30pm, Wednesday 9:00am-12:30pm, and alternate Saturdays 9:00am-3:30pm / £ 23,192-24,544 (pro rata).
This role’s primary function is to ensure the smooth running of our drop in, to ensure consistency of service delivery, centre safety, and support the Support Coordinators and Centre Manager in their roles.
